Rachel Kongshaug

Rachel has over 23 years experience as a Pediatric Physical Therapist with 16 years experience in health-care management and non-profit leadership. She is a Board Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist, and has taught at several Universities as an adjunct Professor. Currently, Rachel serves as Director of Clinical Services- Eastern Iowa for ChildServe, a non-profit specialty healthcare organization. Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from Central College, and her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. She is a recent graduate of the 2026 Leadership for Five Seasons Class with Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, a Child Passenger Safety Technician with Safe Kids of Linn County, and a volunteer with children's ministry at Wellington Heights Community Church. Rachel serves on the Board for Miracles in Motion. She lives in Cedar Rapids with her husband and 5 kids. She enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, reading, and knitting in her free time.
